Situation

Lutheran Senior Services is the largest senior care services organization in St. Louis and the 13th largest in the United States. Providing such extensive services, the organization wanted to strengthen its brand position through a targeted strategic plan for communications with a need to develop a more robust internet presence and marketing approach. Local senior residences and home care services were not easily identified as part of the Lutheran Senior Services brand.

Goal

Research and plan a system wide brand strategy.

Strategy

Create a fresh brand look and message strategy. Support the brand introduction through outdoor and print advertising campagin, direct mail, and print and media collateral including the following:

  • Photo gallery;
  • Targeted marketing deliverables for the region;
  • Website; and
  • Environmental graphics.

Impact

Raised brand awareness; assisted with internal culture change; and equipped marketing and communications team with web strategies, creative templates and photo gallery.
