Situation
As the leading primary care provider in the Washington, D.C.,
Baltimore and MidAtlantic region, MedStar Health has more than
26,000 associates and 5,300 physicians at nine leading hospitals
and health-related entities. Known for its excellence in clinical
care, research and medical education, MedStar sought to invest in
pursuing philanthropic partnerships in the community.
Goal
Seek strategic partnerships with corporations, product
developers, foundations and others invested in MedStar's mission.
Develop philanthropic relationships that will help support
continued advancements in medicine led by research at MedStar
Health.
Strategy
Prepare and design corporate communications collateral and donor
cultivation strategies to reflect the mission and brand presence
already established in the communities served.
