MetLife Auto and Home redefined its sales strategy to focus on long-term, sustainable growth, to be derived from the profitable core business segments. Building market influence through best-in-class products, coupled with high-performance product specialists, would be key to their success.

Critical success factors included newly branded product packaging and delivery, along with strategic recruiting and compensation. We worked with MetLife to rebrand the product line, write the value proposition and implement communications for a national rollout.
